Community Through Food Means….
“Historically, farming and brewing were inextricably linked. In the winter months, farmers would brew provisional beers with their own grains to sustain them through the summer season. At The Kitchen, we have the opportunity to make connections between our amazing local farms and a thriving local beer culture. Making these connections and watching these harmonious relationships grow is, to me, the essence of community.”
