Community Through Food Means…

“I have always admired the ability of food to create community by spiraling outwards. It begins with the farmers and ranchers who supply us with amazing ingredients. We then cultivate a community of chefs who wish to prepare these ingredients with simplicity and respect.  The front of house staff is then able to present this food to our ever-growing community of guests.  From our staff family dinners out to our guests, the extent of this sense of community is essentially limitless. I am grateful to be a part of it.”
